What this site is

This site describes the Abscissa platform and publishes a tracker of public documents. It is not the platform itself. Abscissa provides decision support built on public disclosures. It is not assurance, legal or investment advice.

Content

Tracker entries link to each publisher's own page and reproduce only document titles, types and dates. Any quotation from a public corporate document is reproduced for citation and remains the copyright of its publisher.

Use of the platform

Access to a customer workspace is governed by that customer's agreement with Abscissa, together with the evidence standard described on the security and trust page.

Liability

The site is provided as is. We do not accept liability for decisions taken on the basis of material published here without an agreement. Liability under an agreement is set out in that agreement.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
