What we collect and why

Demo request and contact forms: your name, work email, company, optional role, your message, and where your visit started (a campaign tag in the link, or the website that referred you, if your browser shares it). We use them to respond to your enquiry. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you made.

The sign-in page collects nothing. Sign-in happens on each customer's own workspace, which has its own notice.

How long we keep it

Each request is stored for 12 months from the day it is sent, then deleted automatically, unless a customer relationship follows. Related emails are kept for 12 months from the last contact.

Where it is held and who processes it

Cloudflare serves the site, runs the form function, and stores each request in Cloudflare Workers KV, which replicates data across Cloudflare's global network. When email is enabled, Resend sends the notification and confirmation emails. The form keeps a copy of what you typed, and where your visit started, in your own browser tab's session storage, only so that nothing is lost if a submission fails; it is removed when the request is sent and when the tab closes. To stop repeated automated submissions, the form function keeps a one-way hash of your IP address, with a count of requests, for one hour.

Cookies

Our own code sets no cookies. If the hosting platform sets a cookie for bot protection, we name it here once confirmed; none is set as of this version.

Analytics

We do not use analytics or tracking scripts. The form function keeps daily counts of submissions by outcome, without personal data.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to our processing. Use the contact form. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
